Getting Started, How This All Works.
First: We need a sample of your water to begin. (water analysis free for customers who purchase our systems) How we obtain this sample is entirely up to you. We can mail you a small container that you can fill yourself and send back to us for testing. Or we can send a friendly Water Systems Specialist to perform the analysis in your home allowing for you and yours to view the results in real-time.
One thing to keep in mind is just like each home is different, the same applies for the plumbing configurations. Plumbing is a determining factor as to which system is appropriate for your home, so having a Water Systems Specialist visit your home also covers determining which systems are compatible with your home. Our Water Systems Specialists at all times are up to date with our extremely competitive pricing along with our entire catalog of systems. Ranging from Whole House Reverse Osmosis, to simple under the sink R/O's. With none of our systems using Potassium (salt), and a growing number of systems that do not use electricity. To our most popular systems featuring ALKALINE WATER and PURIFIED BOTTLED WATER at every faucet throughout your home. These systems are as follow: 1) Executive, 2) Deluxe, and 3) Basic/Economy. Upon request we also offer specialty systems as well such as our Cutting-Edge Grow-House Solutions!
Next: Upon completing the Water Analysis and reviewing the results, and after selecting the system that is right for you, the next step is we could recommend some licensed plumbers for installation for you . The equipment is once again inspected before leaving our facilities to maintain the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. Upon completion, our Specialist will go and test each and every aspect of your new equipment to ensure it is operating to our standards (which are higher than the manufacturer's standards), and any and all related literature such as manuals will be issued to you and explained to you without industry jargon. If your equipment has some type of computer that allows you to adjust certain features, that will be explained to you as well.
